Twiglow specializes in warm LED branch lighting that turns your living room, entryway, or holiday display into something that actually feels warm and alive. We curate pieces that are easy to set up, built to last well past the season, and designed to bring a warm glow to any space.

Product Information
All photos, descriptions, and details on this site are there to give you a clear picture of what you're buying. We do our best to show colors and materials accurately, but slight differences may appear due to lighting or your screen settings.

Ordering and Payment
Orders are placed directly through our website. By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. Payment is collected in full at checkout. Shipping is always free.

Shipping and Delivery
We ship all orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery is 6-14 business days depending on your location. Times may vary during busy holiday periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or anything outside our control. Please make sure your address is correct before ordering. We can not resend or refund orders delivered to a wrong address.

Returns and Refunds
We make sure every order is packed carefully and arrives in good shape. If your product shows up defective, reach out within 3 days of delivery at mydefinednose@outlook.com with your order number and a photo. We will sort it out with a replacement or refund where applicable.

We do not offer returns for: change of mind, an incorrect address entered at checkout, or delays after the order has already shipped.
